WHS Manufacturing Advisor
This role takes full ownership of end-to-end site-wide work health and safety (WHS) management for all manufacturing operations, serving as the core custodian of the facility’s WHS management system to sustain a zero-harm workplace environment. The incumbent is responsible for designing, implementing, refining, and overseeing the full lifecycle of WHS systems tailored to the unique operational characteristics of manufacturing production, covering raw material handling, machine operation, assembly processing, finished product warehousing, and all auxiliary on-site work links. On a regular scheduled basis, comprehensive factory hazard audits are conducted across the entire production plant, including in-depth inspections of production workshops, equipment operation zones, chemical storage areas, waste disposal points, staff working stations, and public facility areas. Different from routine superficial checks, these audits adopt systematic inspection checklists aligned with local industrial WHS legislations, national safety standards, and enterprise internal safety specifications, focusing on identifying latent and chronic hazards that are easily overlooked in daily production. Synchronously, standardized qualitative and quantitative risk assessments are carried out for all high-risk operational activities, including heavy machinery operation, high-temperature processing, chemical feeding and transfer, manual heavy lifting, and electrical equipment use. Each risk assessment generates detailed written reports, grading risk levels from low to extreme, recording hazard sources, analyzing potential accident consequences and occurrence probabilities, and formulating targeted risk elimination, control or mitigation measures. In the event of workplace safety incidents, including minor injuries, equipment safety failures, and operational violations, the role leads formal incident investigation work, organizing cross-functional teams to review incident scenes, collect on-site evidence, interview involved staff and witnesses, sort out the whole incident process, accurately identify direct and indirect causes, define corresponding management and operational responsibilities, and summarize incident root causes including procedural loopholes, staff awareness deficiencies and management oversights. Based on investigation results, effective corrective and preventive action plans are formulated and tracked for full implementation to avoid recurring similar incidents. Additionally, the role independently develops and delivers tiered, targeted WHS training programs for all on-site employees, including new employee induction safety training, regular recurrent safety training for on-the-job staff, special post safety training for high-risk positions, and emergency response drill training. Training content covers WHS regulatory requirements, on-site hazard identification methods, safe operation norms, emergency disposal skills, PPE correct usage, and risk avoidance strategies, adapting training forms including offline lectures, on-site demonstration, case analysis and scenario simulation to match different post characteristics. The role strictly supervises the full compliance of all manufacturing links with latest WHS laws, regulations and industry codes, dynamically tracking policy updates and timely adjusting enterprise safety management systems. It regularly revises and optimizes safe work procedures in accordance with production process upgrades, equipment updates and operational mode adjustments, ensuring all operating guidelines are scientific, rigorous and practical. Beyond system and supervision work, the role actively cultivates a positive enterprise safety culture through regular safety publicity, monthly safety theme activities, safety star selection and hazard reporting incentive mechanisms, guiding all staff to establish active safety awareness rather than passive compliance. Meanwhile, it maintains long-term close communication and collaborative cooperation with production, engineering, quality and workshop management teams, conducting regular joint risk screening, analyzing potential safety risks in production links, and jointly formulating rectification schemes to thoroughly eliminate safety hazards brought by mechanical equipment operation, industrial chemical storage and use, and manual handling operations, effectively protecting the personal safety of employees and the stable and safe operation of the entire manufacturing

Production Supervisor
This position undertakes comprehensive daily manufacturing production management responsibilities, while embedding strict work health and safety (WHS) supervision and implementation into every link of on-site workshop operation, realizing the organic integration of production efficiency improvement and staff safety protection. In daily production operation management, the incumbent is responsible for overall scheduling and dynamic monitoring of the entire workshop production workflow, covering pre-production preparation inspection, in-process production progress tracking, and post-production work summary and arrangement. Before daily production starts, full pre-shift inspections are carried out on production equipment, operating tools, working environment and auxiliary facilities to ensure all conditions meet safe production standards. During the production process, real-time monitoring of operational progress, personnel scheduling, process execution and output completion status is conducted, reasonably deploying human resources and production materials according to daily, weekly and monthly production output targets, timely adjusting production arrangements for abnormal fluctuations in workflow, and effectively ensuring that all production tasks are delivered on schedule with qualified quality and sufficient quantity. While guaranteeing production efficiency, the role takes the lead in implementing and supervising the enforcement of WHS rules and regulations among all shop floor teams, requiring every front-line operator and team supervisor to strictly abide by standardized operating procedures and safety management norms. Regular on-site hazard inspection tours of all work areas are conducted hourly and daily, focusing on checking irregular equipment operation, unstandardized material stacking, blocked safety passages, damaged safety protection devices, and unqualified on-site operating environments, and ordering immediate rectification for any hidden dangers found to eliminate accident risks in the bud. Every work shift delivers targeted pre-shift safety briefings, combining daily production content, operational risk points and recent industry safety cases, reminding employees of key safety precautions, operational taboos and emergency response points, and strengthening staff’s real-time safety awareness. The role strictly inspects and standardizes the full and correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE) by all on-site employees, including safety helmets, goggles, anti-slip shoes, protective gloves, isolation suits and other special protective supplies according to post risk characteristics, correcting irregular PPE wearing behaviors promptly and popularizing the correct matching and use methods of PPE. It establishes a standardized near-miss and safety incident reporting mechanism, requiring all staff to actively report potential safety hazards and near-accident events, verifying, sorting out and recording all reported information in a timely manner, tracking the handling progress of each hidden danger, and forming complete safety event files. In the whole operation management process, the role always adheres to the balance between operational efficiency optimization and worker safety protection, avoiding the common problem of sacrificing safety for production progress in manufacturing workshops, and optimizing production processes and operation modes to improve production efficiency on the premise of ensuring zero safety risks. In addition, professional and systematic on-site safety training is provided for workshop employees focusing on factory equipment safety management, focusing on lockout-tagout (LOTO) safety operation procedures and standardized safe operating procedures for all types of production, processing and auxiliary equipment. The training covers LOTO operation steps before equipment maintenance and debugging, safety isolation standards for faulty equipment, forbidden operation specifications during equipment operation, and daily safety maintenance key points, guiding employees to form standardized operating habits, effectively reducing safety accidents caused by irregular equipment operation, and building a solid safety guarantee for stable and efficient daily manufacturing production

Manufacturing Maintenance Technician
Performs scheduled preventive maintenance and reactive corrective maintenance across all production machinery and supporting plant facilities within the manufacturing site. Preventive tasks are planned in line with equipment service manuals, runtime metrics and production schedules to inspect, lubricate, calibrate and replace worn components before failures occur, while corrective maintenance responds quickly to breakdowns, malfunctions and plant defects that disrupt production. Before starting any repair, service or inspection work, the role strictly adheres to mandatory WHS energy isolation and lockout-tagout (LOTO) protocols. This involves isolating all power, hydraulic, pneumatic and stored energy sources, applying physical locks and warning tags, and verifying zero-energy state to eliminate unexpected machine startup during servicing. While carrying out repairs, the technician actively identifies equipment-linked safety hazards: damaged machine guards, frayed wiring, loose structural components, leaking process lines, failed emergency stop circuits and degraded safety interlocks. Mechanical and electrical faults are diagnosed and resolved accurately, ranging from bearing wear, gear misalignment and pump failures to short circuits, control panel defects and sensor malfunctions. All maintenance activities are fully documented in detailed maintenance logs, recording equipment ID, work date, fault description, parts replaced, work performed, test results and outstanding safety issues. These records create an auditable trail for internal and external safety audits and equipment lifecycle reviews. The role actively supports WHS safety inspections by preparing equipment documentation, accompanying inspectors and addressing non-conformities found during site safety walks. Identified hazards and residual risks are promptly communicated to both the WHS team and production supervisors, with clear recommendations for temporary controls and permanent fixes. This ongoing risk sharing helps frontline production staff understand equipment dangers, avoids unsafe operation practices, reduces the chance of crush, entanglement and electric shock machinery injuries, and minimises unplanned downtime caused by preventable equipment failures. The work balances fast equipment restoration with uncompromised safety standards to keep plant operations reliable and compliant with site WHS requirements.
